What is Timber Hill Craft?

Timber Hill Craft is the brainchild of Jim and Anita Snyder. Anita is a teacher and Jim is a graphic designer. Together they like to share their inspirations and ideas for graphic tees and merch. Anita's designs are more thoughtful and many of the themes center around teaching and captivating young student's imaginations. Jim's designs are a little more twisted and reflect is "unique" sense of humor. If you like something, buy it. If you don't, that's okay. We don't really care.
What products do you offer?

We offer a wide variety of products such as t-shirts, tank tops, hoodies, dad hats, mugs and wall prints. Featuring designs from movies, TV Shows, famous quotes and hobbies, we are always adding new designs and themes so check back often?
How do your products fit?

Most of our products fit true to size but for some of our women's products we suggest ordering a size up or going with a Unisex alternative.
What are your shipping rates?

The majority of orders in the US will have a shipping cost of $4.95. For heavier items, we offer flat rate shipping tiers based on the weight of your order.
How long will it take my products to arrive?

All of our products are printed to order, so we don’t keep an inventory of every SKU available. Typically it will take about 2 business days for orders to print before leaving our production facility. In total you should expect about 10 days to receive your order but if you need your products by a specific date we reccomend allowing at least 2 weeks in the event of any unforeseen delays.
How do I track my package

You will get an email whewn your order ships that will provide tracking information. Please contact us if you've placed an order and havent received an email confirmatuion.
What if I made a mistake with my order? How do I change it?

Fulfillment is an automated process, so please let us know immediately. There is approximately a 12 hour window in which your order can be edited prior to production and fulfillment.
How do I cancel an order

To cancel an order, you must let us know within 12 hours of when your order was placed. We will do our best to cancel any orders after this period but once production begins we can no longer cancel the order.
How do I make a return or exchange?

If you would like to return your items for any reason you may do so for store credit within 14 days of when your order was received. Please check out our returns and exchange policy.
Can I get a refund?

Typically we only accept returns for store credit. However, we want to make sure you are happy with our products. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective please let us know and we will be happy to get you a replacement.
