​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

All Sokituem products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

 

However, Sokituem offers a free replacement or a refund (to your Sokituem balance) in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, if you contact us within 25 days of product delivery.

 

If there’s a problem with an order

In order to resolve the problem most efficiently, get in touch with our Merchant Support team by filling out the Contact Form including the problem with your order and they'll contact you as soon as possible

 

Our team will do everything possible to correct the situation and provide the most suitable solution for you.

 

Please note: If the order shipping details were incorrect, or if you ordered the wrong size or color, Sokituem is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You are responsible for entering your order information correctly.
